Mission Statement

We want Wilbraham Primary School to be a happy, caring place where everyone is successful and proud of their achievements.

Wilbraham Primary School is rich in cultural and racial diversity.  To achieve our Mission Statement the school community will:

  • Treat each other with respect, as we would like to be treated ourselves
  • Promote positive attitude to all and encourage good relationships within school and its community
  • Concentrate on all aspects of a child's development and aim to meet his or her individual needs
  • Develop a learning environment where every individual feels safe and valued

Our aim is that:

  • everyone is offered opportunities to develop personally
  • everyone can access learning
  • we monitor and respond to the changing needs of individuals
  • we inform and educate everyone working in school - the children, staff, parents/carers and Governors
  • we breakdown prejudice and build positive attitudes by providing positive role models
  • we give consistency of approach throughout the school
  • we improve the quality of life for all individuals
  • we encourage individuals to be caring and responsible members of society
  • we promote understanding and mutual respect of all members of society regardless of differences
