School Dinners

School dinners are cooked daily on site in our school kitchen. All our meals meet new Government standards and are nutritionally analysed. Please inform the school office of any dietary requirements that your child may have i.e. halal, vegetarian, no dairy, etc. so that these may be catered for.

Those children wishing to have a school meal must pay weekly in advance by bringing their money on a Monday morning in an envelope to the school office. However, termly payments can be made in advance. The prices of school meals are as follows:

Full Week - £10.00

Price per day - £2.00

Careful records of any money owed to you are kept if your child has been absent. Dinner monday records are checked on Friday afternoons and if you have not paid for that week's meals then reminders will be sent out to you from our school office. Dinner money can also be paid by cheque with the cheque made payable to Wilbraham Primary School.

Free School Meals

If you are receiving Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance or Child Tax Credit, but not Working Tax Credit, then your child may be entitled to free school meals. Please ask at the school office for advice about claiming.

Packed Lunches

Packed lunches may also be brought into school but no glass containers or warm food should be brought. Please ensure you child's name is clearly displayed on the packed lunch box.

Snack/Milk Money

Children are given the option of having milk and breaksticks in class. The charges for these are as follows:

Breadsticks: £3.00 (for half a term)

Milk: £5.00 (for one term)

Milk money should be paid to the school office in the first week of a new term i.e. September, January and April. Snack money should be paid to the school office in the first week of a new half-term. Reminders for milk and breadstick money will be sent to parents/carers before payment is due.
